1. General

By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all products sold via this website, including all custom-made and personalised items.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to:

· Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
· Limit the quantity of products sold
· Require additional verification before processing an order

If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

· All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
· We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
· Full payment is required at checkout for all custom orders

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Design Proof Approval

For all custom-made products, we will send you a digital design proof for approval before production begins.

· You are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully
· Production will only begin after you give explicit approval (e.g. replying "Yes" or "Approved")
· Once approved, no changes can be made to the design
· We are not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof

If you do not approve the proof within 7 days, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed or cancel. Cancellations after this point may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover initial design costs.

5. Production Time

Estimated production times are provided as a guide only. While we strive to meet all timelines, we are not liable for any delays caused by:

· Supplier delays
· Shipping carrier delays
· Public holidays
· Unexpected high order volume
· Force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, etc.)

We will notify you if we anticipate a significant delay.
