Freshwater pearls are organic gemstones. They are not water-resistant — please remove them before showering or swimming.
All measurements are done by hand, and since natural pearls are all unique, there may be slight variations in size. Thank you for your understanding!
Our customer service team will send you photos of the hand-painted finished piece for confirmation. After your approval, we will apply the protective seal coat and ship it out.
The procedure is as follows, please read it carefully:
1. Please complete your payment.
2. You will receive a confirmation email with simple instructions on how to send us your pet's photo. Please note that if we find the photo you provide may not be suitable for the required dimensions, we may require you to submit new photos to achieve the best possible result.
3. We will send you photos of the hand-painted finished piece within approximately 10 days for single-sided painting,Double-sided painting will take longer.
4. If needed, you may request minor adjustments (please be aware that the delivery timeline will be extended accordingly based on any revisions).
5. Once the artwork is finalized, we will send you photos of the finished product before shipping.
6. You will then receive a parcel tracking number.
