Build base mould & body frame (minor adjustments available) — 3-7 days.Adjustments Allowed (Only 3 rounds adjustments allowed during base mould & detail refinement phase)
• Minor pose tweaks (without changing the overall movement)
• Fine-tone fur colour shade & layers
• Adjust facial expression, eyes, whiskers and tail angle
• Modify accessory position and size
Hand-sculpt shape & recreate fur texture — 7-14 days
Detailed refinement: facial features, expression, fur and posture (small revisions available) — 10-14 days
Final inspection
We will send photos of the finished product for your confirmation before shipment. Delivery will only be arranged after your approval.
Handmade custom goods do not support free returns or refund.
Important Care Instructions for Clay Figurines
Display in cool, dry places away from direct sunlight. Long-term sun exposure causes discolouration and texture deterioration. Can be preserved for 5–10 years with proper care.
Do not squeeze, twist or apply heavy force. Hardened clay may crack under impact.
Avoid contact with strong solvents and nail remover, which may cause surface stickiness, fading and erosion.
