Once your order is placed, we'll email you with steps to submit your pet's photo. We'll get back to you with a computer rendering in about 3–5 days through email. After you give the green light, we'll ship it out.
Because each keepsake is uniquely handcrafted and customized for your beloved pet, our delivery timeline consists of two parts: Production Time and Shipping Time.
Production & Handcrafting Timeline
Design Approval: Once you approve your final custom design draft, your piece goes into physical production.
Handcrafting Period: Creating your bespoke memorial typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and materials selected.
Shipping & Delivery
We want to make sure your precious keepsake arrives safely. All orders are packed with extra care and shipped with fully tracked services.
Within Australia (Domestic):
Standard Tracked Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
The exact delivery date depends on factors such as the progress of our design discussions and any unforeseen logistics issues. Therefore, we can only provide an estimated timeframe. We will do our utmost to get your product to you as quickly as possible. If there are any unusual shipping developments, we will keep you informed. Because each of our items is uniquely tailored and handcrafted for your fur baby, our design and production process begins as soon as you place your order. Please read our policy carefully:
Mild Adjustments & Revisions: We want you to absolutely love the final piece! Once we send you the initial design draft, you are entitled to mild adjustments (e.g., minor tweaks to alignment, coloring, or matching details to your original provided photo) to make sure it is just right before it goes into final production.
Major Changes: Please note that mild adjustments must be based on the original picture you provided. Completely switching to a new photo or requesting a entirely different design concept after work has begun may incur a new design setup fee.
Consumer Guarantees: While we do not offer refunds for change of mind or cancellation after the design process has begun, our policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for any major failures or manufacturing defects on the final physical product.
Satisfaction: As all products are custom-made, they may not be 100% "perfect." However, we are 100% committed to delivering the best possible gift for you. Once you confirm that the draft is satisfactory, neither refunds nor returns will be accepted. That said, we truly welcome your valuable feedback, as it helps us improve.
Packaging: We take great care in packaging to protect the products from damage.
